Which countries do you ship to?
We move cargo from the United States to most commercial destinations worldwide, with the heaviest volume on Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe. If your destination is not on our lane list, send it over — we will confirm service, routing and transit time before you commit to anything.
How fast can I get a quote?
Most quotes go out within 24 hours of receiving the commodity, weight, dimensions, pickup location and destination. Oversized, hazardous and project cargo takes a little longer because it is priced case by case with the carrier.
What does your quote actually include?
Mode and routing, transit time, the freight charge, origin handling, documentation fees and any surcharges we know about — plus an explicit list of what is not included, such as destination duties, taxes, demurrage and storage. If a cost is outside our control, we say so up front instead of invoicing it later.
Do I need a customs broker at the destination?
In most countries, yes, and the importer of record normally appoints one. We coordinate directly with your broker, or connect you with one on the lane, and make sure the document set matches what that customs authority will ask for.
Can you ship if I cannot fill a whole container?
Yes. LCL and consolidation are a large part of what we do. Your cargo is grouped with other shipments heading to the same destination, so you pay for the volume you actually use rather than a full container you cannot fill.
Is my cargo insured?
Carrier liability is limited by international convention and is almost never equal to the commercial value of your goods. We quote all-risk cargo insurance separately and recommend it for anything you could not afford to replace out of pocket.
Can you handle hazardous or oversized cargo?
Yes, with the right declarations. Hazardous materials move under IMDG rules by ocean and IATA rules by air, and out-of-gauge cargo is quoted with the equipment, lashing and permits it needs. Send photos and dimensions and we will tell you what is possible.
How do you keep me updated?
You get confirmation at booking, notification at departure, an arrival notice, and a delivery confirmation — by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. If a sailing rolls or customs places a hold, you hear it from us the same day.
